Organic
Someone found the company on Ranqa and left a review without an invite link.
Invited
The company sent a Ranqa invite (email or link). Identity of the customer relationship is claimed by the business, not proven by an order feed yet.
Verified customer
Shown when a Pro API invite was created with verifiedPurchase (order/CRM assertion). We do not invent this badge from organic or ordinary email invites.
Companies cannot pay to remove reviews or buy a higher badge.
