By using Ranqa you agree to post only genuine experiences. Fake reviews, bribery for ratings, review gating (inviting only happy customers), and impersonation are prohibited.

Free business accounts include claiming a page, public replies, basic embed widget, and email notifications. Paid plans unlock invite campaigns and advanced features as described on the pricing page. Paid features never include removing negatives or altering RanqaScore.

Ranqa provides the platform as-is. RanqaScore is a recency-weighted public score; Schema.org AggregateRating publishes the arithmetic average of published reviews for search engines. Scores update when reviews are published or removed for policy violations.

We aim to align with EU consumer-protection expectations for online reviews (including transparency of collection method and a ban on undisclosed incentivized reviews).
