Moderation policy

Ranqa does not hide negative reviews. Sorting and filtering by star rating is available to readers; companies cannot suppress low ratings.

Companies cannot pay to remove reviews, boost a RanqaScore, or buy a Recommended seal. Offering incentives (discounts, gifts, entry to draws) in exchange for a review — especially a positive one — is prohibited under our rules and conflicts with EU consumer-review expectations.

Automated systems may flag spam, scams, or coordinated fake content. Flags are never based on star rating alone (EU Omnibus / consumer review rules).

We may remove content that is illegal, doxxing, threats, or clear spam. Companies may respond publicly. They may not edit or delete customer reviews.

We do not display unverified purchase claims. Reviews show Organic or Invited badges based on how they were collected. A Verified customer badge is reserved for when order or CRM proof exists. /verify
