Ranqa processes personal data to operate the review platform. Reviewer names and optional comments are published as you submit them. IP addresses are stored only as one-way hashes for abuse prevention.

You may request deletion of personal identifiers associated with your reviews (name, email hash). Published review text and ratings may remain in anonymized form — companies cannot pay to remove honest feedback.

Controllers: Ranqa (contact via privacy@ranqa.me). Legal basis: legitimate interest and contract for business accounts. Data hosted in the EU/EEA where possible (Neon / Vercel regions as configured).

Cookies on public pages are kept minimal. Business dashboards may use session cookies for authentication.
