No. Scores come only from published reviews. The Recommended badge also cannot be purchased.

How RanqaScore works

RanqaScore is the recency-weighted rating visitors see. Schema.org AggregateRating uses the arithmetic mean when reviews exist.

Every company and many product pages show RanqaScore between 1.0 and 5.0. Each published review’s weight roughly halves every 180 days, so recent experiences matter more than old ones.

When few reviews exist, the score is tempered so a handful of 5-star ratings cannot create a perfect score overnight. If the same email reviews again, only the latest published review counts toward the score and star mix.

Search engines receive the arithmetic average via Schema.org AggregateRating — not RanqaScore. Pages with zero published reviews omit AggregateRating and may show a display placeholder of 2.0 that is not a customer rating.
